This time of year not only is the weather crazy with rapidly changing temperatures, winds, precipitation and forecasts, but so are my students moods and mine. Between the full moon last week, Halloween and daylight savings time- I think that everyone is ready for a break. What do you do to set yourself up for success during this time? Do you change your sleeping habits early or are you just thankful for your one extra hour of sleep on Sunday morning? Do you believe that the cycle of the moon and the tides effect peoples behavior? WMYST (What makes you say that?)

i have to change my sleeping patterns because of it. My sleeping has gotten way worse since they changed, i sleep less and for some reason still can not sleep no matter how much i try. I think it may be cause im so stressed and trying to please my dad with my grades and my two jobs and with sports that it really affecting my sleeping patterns.

I have to change my sleeping schedule around just a little bit. Although I do love an extra hour of sleep even though sometimes it does not feel like it. I do believe the cycle of the moon effects a person behavior. People get very cranky when a set schedule is turned around.

This summer I'm going to work a lot to stay out of trouble. I'm going to get more sleep than I usually get so I want be tired. I think the cycle of the moon don't affect people because we choose when we can go to sleep

i have to deal with sports, homework and at home responsibilities.. i have to make sure i get enough sleep so i have enough energy and i'm not cranky .

I make sure to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep in ,yes i change my sleeping habits by trying to avoid using my phone late at night. Yes i do think it effects peoples behavior because it effects mine
